Official regulations for the tennis courts and area

Tennis Rules

Courts Open 10:00 a.m. to Sundown

Courts to be used for Tennis play only.

No bicycles.... No skateboards.... No strollers.... No pets.... No rollerblades inside the fenced area.

Proper tennis attire and tennis shoes are required.

Players under age 14 years of age must be accompanied by a resident member adult age 18 years or older.

Guests must be accompanied by a resident member adult age 18 years or older.

Maximum play time is 1 & ½ hours when others are waiting.

Foul and abusive language is prohibited.

Court Reservations:

We are pleased to announce that our tennis court reservations will now be handled by ReserveMyCourt.com.  This service will allow you to check on court availability and make reservations from the internet.  All court reservations will be handled through this system, so please follow the instructions below to begin.

• Go to www.reservemycourt.com and click on Player Sign-Up to setup a new player account.
• Select BUTLER CREEK as your Home Facility.
• Enter our Facility Code:  2347
• Fill in the remainder of your information and click SUBMIT.
• Login at www.reservemycourt.com anytime day or night to reserve courts.

• You may sign-up for your player account immediately.
• All court reservations for March 1, 2009 or later must be made using the online systems.  You can begin to make reservations for those dates immediately after setting up your player account.

Please be aware that all players may have reasonable limits on the length of reservations or on how far in advance they can reserve courts.  These limits are not applied to team captains.  Therefore, captains should register with a different Facility Code.  Captains should contact Carrie or Ellen to receive their Facility Code.
