Pool Rules
Pool open 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Usage of the pool and recreation areas is a privilege of each resident. Adult Members are asked to take ownership when the situation requires in the pool and recreation area. Violations of the rules can result in loss of pool privileges.... retribution is expected for all damage incurred.
Call a board member to obtain a key. Replacement costs for
lost key fobs= $25 per key fob.
Swim at your own risk........NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
Entrance gate must remain closed at all times. ***
Under age 14 years must be accompanied by a resident member adult age 18 years or older.
Guests may use the facilities when accompanied by a resident member adult age 18 years or older.
No solo swimming. There must be at least two persons in the
pool area. ***
No diving into the pool.
No running, horseplay or throwing objects at anyone or anything.
No pets or glass items in the pool area.
Private parties at the pool or pool areas are not available.
Courteous and safe conduct is expected at all times.
No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed in the pool area. ***
Courtesy and discretion is required in the use of rafts and flotation devices.
Foul, abusive and profane language is prohibited.
Pool replacement key fobs can be obtained for $25.
