Contacts For ACC ApprovalsThe HOA Board has voted to go ahead with using a management company to take over our ACC effective November 1, 2011. This is a 6 month trial and at the end of the contract the new board will decide if they want to keep using them or not. They will abide by our by-laws and covenants. Any letter that you receive due to violations will come from them. You will still submit all ACC requests downloading an ACC request form. After filling it out, you will e-mail, fax or mail it to the management company.
